The papers are comprised of miscellaneous correspondence relating to Ford Motor Company arrangements for transportation for conventions, visiting individuals, dedications, etc. Events include American Legion conventions; Dagenham, England Ford Motor Company river cruises; the Stephen A. Foster house dedication in Greenfield Village, Dearborn, Michigan, a National Merit Club Contest; Boy Scouts of America Jamborees. There is a small amount of correspondence regarding the visit of the Danish Crown Prince Frederick and Princess Ingrid, 1939 and outlines for a Duke of Windsor visit in 1941. Also included are daily employment reports for Ford Motor Company domestic plants, 1931-1934 and monthly employee reports for domestic plants, 1931-1942; a Houston, Texas plant location proposal, 1934; and a photograph of Mickey Rooney signing a Detroit Symphony membership card in 1940.
